Our peer and staff advocates are working towards:

• Empowerment of women and their rights
• Comprehensive sex education in schools
• Gender specific and culturally appropriate care
• Global access to treatment for women
• Strong, sustained, and coordinated national AIDS strategy
  
  

What have we accomplished so far in 2011?

» Advocacy training in May for 15 women living with HIV/AIDS
» Bi-monthly advocacy calls with the Positive Women's Network
» Lead partner for the Chicago Female Condom Campaign
» Recently formed a bureau for public speaking engagements
» Working on creating an advocacy video
